I can’t stop buying my daughter those super cute seasonal dresses they sell at Costco for like $12

My daughter is very exceptionally “knitworthy”, not only does she make requests but lately they’ve been for things I made her last year that she’s worn religiously and now she’s grown out of.

I’ve been having my daughter help repair our Plex server, and she understands we can’t watch certain things until the work is done, which I think is a good lesson. Maybe?

Our computer repair attempts were not successful today (I’m missing a data cable I need to pick up tomorrow) but we all had fun 📷

My favorite pictures so far taken with the #MuditaKompakt 📷

A child joyfully climbs a tree, standing confidently among its branches on a sunny day.A toddler wearing colorful shorts stands against a tiled wall, smiling and holding a hand to their mouth.A young child stands under a tree, playing with leaves at a sunlit park.A man with a beard is carrying a baby on his shoulders while walking on a sidewalk.

One thing I am grateful for is I was extra sure not to be smug when I was the parent of only one single baby, because those parents can be as bad or even worse as the “when I have kids” crowd. Oh “it’s not that hard”? Yeah, I bet it isn’t!

Shopping locally is kind of stressful. One specific guy makes our favorite yogurt. So much is riding on him!!

Step 1: Set the kids up in front of the TV so I can organize the toys in their room

Step 2: Become increasingly irate they have ever spent one single second watching TV when they have this many toys

My baby is an excellent walker for 12 months but has suddenly realized that’s not always to his benefit. This morning he’s dramatically staggering around, bent over, looking like he’s been shot (he’s fine, if you pick him up he’s fine)
